•To source for new customers for online media advertising

•To provide continuous support and to maintain good working relationship with existing and new customers

•Conduct sales presentations, proposals and negotiations with advertisers

•Ensure timely collection of payments from customers

•Conduct the full sales function, including pre and post sales activities & business presentation

•To implement the sales and marketing plan and activities through regular and daily customer visits and contacts. Each sales executive is assigned to a certain geographical area and group of customers

•To maintain and improve existing customers sales and develop new sales and market opportunities

•Follow up on sales enquiries and sales prospects

•Plan and prioritises sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business plan

•Submit regular sales reports on market situation and customer issues

•Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement. Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer's enquiry, making appointments and after sales service

•Conduct canvassing and cold-calls to increase effective working prospects

•Re- visit existing customers to "upsell" products and services through solutions selling

•Conduct boardroom presentations to provide better understanding to customer on the product capabilities and its cost effectiveness



•STPM, Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualifications in business, Marketing or any field

•Pleasant very good personality with excellent interpersonal skills

•At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

•Must possess own car and willing to travel

•Able to work independently with self-discipline and minimum supervision

•Serious to build up selling as a long term career

•Enjoy field work and confident to interact with people of different status

•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

•Proactive, self-disciplined, independent, responsible and possess a strong team spirit

•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

•Internet savvy

•Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

•Willing to work Kepong area

•Strong sales and influencing skills

•Maturity and ability to think strategically

•Skilled at selling solutions based or needs based sales

•Very good oral and written communication skills with superb inter-personals, and written and spoken English

•Proven ability to use influence and persuasion to achieve desired outcomes

•Excellent presentation skills ideally you will have worked within the printing/s or IT industry focused around solutions based selling rather than box selling

•Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Attractive remuneration package (Sales commission + travel allowance + HP claim) will be rewarded to successful candidate
